Change can be overwhelming for most people, but it doesn’t have to be when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. It’s about the simple changes we make in our day to day that tend to keep us on track in our journey to living healthy. Here are 4 tips on how I keep it simple:

  1. Eat breakfast. There are so many reasons its important to eat breakfast. It kick starts your metabolism and boosts energy just to name a few. My breakfast staple is egg whites.
  2. Drink more water. Water makes you feel full longer and boosts energy. I always have a glass of water as soon as I wake up to release toxins and improve digestion.
  3. Find exercise you enjoy. If you want to stick to an activity, then you have to enjoy it. Maybe it’s running, maybe it’s a kickball league, maybe it’s walking with a friend—whatever the case simply find something you enjoy.
  4. Don’t buy it if you don’t want to eat it. If you don’t want to eat donuts, then keep them out of your house. It’s that simple.
