Loyalty rewards apply to the next transaction you make after the one in which it is unlocked. Loyalty rewards are not earned and redeemed towards the same transaction.
For security purposes, scans are limited to 2 scans every 2 hours.
Once you redeem your points for a reward, the reward will expire in 4 hours as shown in the countdown clock in the app. If not redeemed within 4 hours, not to worry, the reward will go back into your account.
It’s super easy! If you are in the store, go to the “Rewards” tab in the Simple Greek app at the bottom of the screen and tap “Redeem” rewards. Choose the reward amount you would like to use or type in the exact amount and show the redemption code on the screen to redeem the offer.
If you are placing an order in the app, simply apply the reward during the checkout process.
Yes, the cashier can use your phone number associated with your Rewards account to look you up or, make sure to ask for a receipt at the time of your purchase. Your receipt will contain a barcode that can either be scanned into the app or the code can be entered manually into the app or on The Simple Greek Rewards website. All receipts must be submitted within 72 hours and scans are limited to 2 scans every 2 hours.
