When checking out in store, simply give the cashier your phone number associated with your rewards account. You can also go to the Rewards tab on your Simple Greek Rewards app, hit Earn Point and the cashier will scan your unique QR Code. If you have already completed your transaction and have our app, select “Scan Receipt Barcode” or “Enter Receipt Barcode Number” to populate your order details. If you have already completed your transaction and do not have our app, log in at the Sign Up page to enter your receipt barcode. If you are ordering online, your loyalty account will automatically pair with your order if you are signed in with your Rewards username & password.

EARN BONUS POINTS by inviting friends on the “More” tab at the bottom of the screen. New app users also receive 20 bonus points by using your Facebook account to sign up with The Simple Greek app.

How does the Simple Greek’s Rewards program work?

You earn 1 point for each dollar spent. Once you reach 50 points, you will receive a $5 reward in your account and will continue receiving $5 rewards at each 50 point interval. You will be able to redeem your points for tasty food, drinks, and desserts. Additionally, you may receive special limited time only offers & promotions throughout the year.

If you cannot access your account, hit the “Forgot Password” link below the login fields in the app. You will receive an email to the email address you used to sign up for The Simple Greek Rewards.

How do I sign up for the Simple Greek Rewards program?

Download the Simple Greek Rewards app from either the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and select “Signup”. If you do not have a smart phone, go to the Sign Up page to manage your Rewards account online. You will receive 20 BONUS POINTS if signing up using your Facebook account.

I’m an existing Simple Greek app user converting to the new Simple Greek app, will my rewards or pre-loaded funds go away with the new Simple Greek app update?

No, your points and pre-loaded funds do not go away. When you download the new Simple Greek app, you will be given the option of “Migrating your loyalty points and rewards”.  Please select this option and sign in with the original email you previously signed up with.  Loyalty points and pre-loaded funds will be combined and deposited into your rewards account. Tap the “Rewards” tab to see your balance.
